Once the completed form has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email stating whether or not the Department will be able to attend and/or participate in your event. If you have not received this email within three (3) days of submission, please feel free to contact us by phone at (512) 268-3131.
Additional Information
With our first priority being the emergency response needs of our community and due to
the increase of those needs, the Kyle Fire Department cannot guarantee attendance and/or
participation in any scheduled event. While all efforts are made to attend requested
events, it is not always possible. You will be asked to provide a contact name and phone
number so that you may be notified if the Department’s participation in an event must be
delayed and/or rescheduled. You may also contact us at the method
provided in Step 3 at least 15 minutes before the time of your event to see if the
Department is still running on schedule. While this does not guarantee that an emergency
response need will not occur in the remaining time before your event, it will give you an
idea if the Department is still running on schedule.
